Denizard Jewels Return Policy

Returns are complimentary for orders placed from our stock inventory between 15 days of the purchase. Please note that personalized jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned. All certified product should be returned accompanied by the original Cert card and original packaging.

Denizard Jewels will be responsible for repairing defective jewelry due to improper packaging or deficiency in the production of the jewelry.  Repairs needed for damage caused by the customer will be subject to a fee. Our support team will then contact the customer providing an estimate for the repair.

Our Company ensures the safety of our stones as well as the Authentification of our diamonds. If a diamond is lost by the customer and the mounting look damaged Denizard Jewels will not be responsible to replace the stone or credit the cost of the diamond.

Cash refunds will be return in a Denizard Jewels Company check between 30 days after the credit has been approved . Credit card refunds will reflecting in your bill between 30 days after the merchandise is returned and received by Denizard Jewels. Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to the account was charged.
