If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our Guest Return and Exchange Policy.

Cancellations for graduation rings and customized jewelry are permitted within 15 days of the purchase.  Deposit will not be returned after 15 days as the personalized piece will be in production  and Denizard Jewels cannot resale the unit. 

  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, such as Special Orders or engraved items.
     

  • Cash refunds are issued to original purchaser with original sales receipt.
     

  • Cash refunds are made by check issued by our Company within 30 days.
     

  • Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
     

  • All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price. 
     

Guest Return and Exchange Policy
Denizard Jewels is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our distinctive customer Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges of our jewelry are permitted within 15 days from the purchase date.

Exchange Instructions

 

  1. See our Return Instructions, for the simple steps in returning an item.
     

  2. Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a helpful customer service representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. Any time prior to this process, you may call our customer service support at 1 800 940-9815 to replace your order. 
     

Please note: It is our policy to return the item, credit your account, and replace the order. Denizard Jewels cannot leave the charge for the item on your credit card and send you a new item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Denizard Jewels provides you with two easy methods of returning an item:

Returns by Mail.

Here are the basic steps:

 

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at 1-800 940-9815 for assistant.
     

  2. Please read the information on your original packing slip.
     

  3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
     

  4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
     

  5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
     

  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our offices.
     

  8. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
     

Please note the following exceptions:
 

  • Items purchased through our exclusive Design Your Own program are Not returnable.
     

  • A pre-paid FedEx Label will be provided upon request.
     

Here are the basic steps:
Place item securely in the original box, including the original packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip a copy of the  confirmation mail received at the time of the purchase will be accepted. All product must be returned undamaged in the original boxes and with the proper documentation, such as the diamond certificates and accessories. 


 

  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwor (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.
