1. We offer a payment plan for all students and customers interested in graduation rings.

2. Once 50% of the total cost has been received, we will begin manufacturing your custom ring.

3. The delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks.

4. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

5. Cards issued by banks located outside the United States of America will not be accepted.

6. When placing an order via the website, you must enter your payment details into the appropriate form. If placing an order by phone, you must provide the Denizard Customer Service team with your credit card number and the three- or four-digit security code printed on the back or front of the card (CVV2/CVC2/CID). The telephone conversation will be recorded for security and quality control purposes. Any telephone conversation recorded by our customer service team containing your credit card information will be fully encrypted and used solely to process card transactions.

7. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card-issuing entity. If your card issuer declines payment to Denizard Jewels, you must contact that entity directly to resolve the issue; Denizard Jewels will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

8. To process your order, the purchase amount will be held on your credit card until the order is shipped to the address provided to Denizard Jewels; at that time, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, and the corresponding purchase price will be charged to your credit card. By placing an order for Denizard products on the website or through our customer service department, you expressly authorize Denizard Jewels to perform credit card-related checks and to transmit or obtain information (including updated information) about you to or from third parties on a periodic basis—including, among other data, your credit card number—for the purpose of authenticating your identity, validating your card, obtaining initial authorization, and authorizing individual purchase transactions.

9. Denizard Jewels takes precautions—including administrative, technical, and physical measures—to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you transmit to the website; any transmission is at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable. 10. To ensure the security of your transaction, Denizard Jewels will conduct credit card verifications and anti-fraud checks. By placing your order, you are deemed to have authorized Denizard Jewels to perform such checks.

 

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT

Denizard Jewels accepts bank transfer payments only via telephone. Denizard does not accept bank transfer payments from third parties. All customers must present valid identification when making a purchase via bank transfer. We do not charge a fee for bank transfers; however, some financial institutions may apply charges for this service. Any exchange, modification, or return of an item purchased via bank transfer must be processed by telephone. Returns of merchandise purchased via bank transfer are permitted provided the item has not been engraved. Refunds for any item initially purchased via bank transfer will be issued solely by check. U.S. law prohibits Denizard Jewels from selling its products to individuals or companies listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, or to destinations subject to U.S. sanctions. Such transactions will be rejected.

 

ORDER RECEIPT CONFIRMATION

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order receipt confirmation via fax or email containing the order details. This confirmation will include an order number assigned by Denizard Jewels. Please retain this number for any future inquiries regarding your order. This receipt confirmation does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. Following the transmission of the confirmation,

Denizard Designs will conduct its standard security and anti-fraud checks and subsequently process your order.
