Denizard Designs Return Policy:

Returns are free for orders placed from our in-stock inventory within 15 days of purchase. Please note that personalized jewelry is final sale and non-returnable. All certified products must be returned with the original certification card and packaging.

Denizard Jewels will be responsible for repairing jewelry with defects due to inadequate packaging or manufacturing flaws. Repairs required for damage caused by the customer will be subject to a charge; our customer service team will contact the customer to provide a repair estimate.

Our company guarantees the safety of our gemstones and the authenticity of our diamonds. If a customer loses a diamond and the setting is damaged, Denizard Jewels will not be responsible for replacing the stone or refunding the cost of the diamond.

Cash refunds will be issued via a Denizard Jewels check within 30 days of credit approval. Credit card refunds will appear on your statement within 30 days of Denizard Jewels receiving and returning the merchandise. Credits are issued to the original purchaser and to the account used for the original transaction.
